The purpose of this web site is two-fold:
- Provide information to help stake presidents and stake emergency
preparedness coordinators understand the importance and the role of
emergency response communications, and how to incorporate emergency
communications into the overall stake emergency preparedness plan.
- Centralize information and resources to help prepare, train and
coordinate the activities of emergency communications specialists who
have been called or volunteered to provide radio communications for
stake leaders in an emergency.
